All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars, SGD (S$). You may change the currency to US Dollar and Euro, USD (S), EUR (€) by clicking on the arrow next to SGD (S$).

Order Confirmation 

An order confirmation will be sent via email once payment is received.

Order Processing

Merchandise that is on stock will be processed within 2 business days, except for weekends and Public Holidays.

Delivery Lead Time 

There are two shipping methods, with tracking services, for delivery within Singapore pore for parcels up to 2kg.

 

1. Tracked Letterbox service by Singapore Post, with the parcel delivered directly to your letterbox.

While both are tracking services offered by Singapore Post for shipping within Singapore, the key difference is that "Tracked Letterbox" delivers small packages directly to the recipient's letterbox, while "Speedpost" provides a door-to-door delivery service, meaning a delivery person will hand the package to the recipient at their doorstep; generally, Speedpost offers faster delivery times and may be suitable for larger or more valuable items compared to Tracked Letterbox.   

We will provide you with the Tracking Number for the parcel once it has been shipped. The delivery from Singapore Post will take take 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends).

 

International orders by xxxxx . Shipment by DHL, UPS, FedEx can be arrangement upon requested. We would be pleased to check on the shipping charges as well as the estimated arrival date via email for your information and approval prior to shipping. 

Delivery lead time 7 to 14 working days (excluding weekends), as well as the time for custom clearing at the destinated country. Please note that important tax may apply upon custom clearing, which would be responsible by the buyer.
